I am passionate about living a peaceful, natural, and balanced life, and I truly believe that everyone has the power to find that same sense of peace within themselves.

As the founder of Wholesome Natural Healing, I offer compassionate Reiki energy sessions to support stress relief, reduce pain, and restore the body’s natural rest and healing response.

I was drawn to the Usui Reiki system because it is simple, holistic, and deeply nurturing for the mind, body, and soul. My personal Reiki and meditation practice has helped me shift from fear and worry to mindfulness, peace, and trust in life’s natural flow.
